what you'd own (most of it runs from claude code + .md knowledge base):

– comms – every email, investor update, customer thread, recruiting reply that leaves the building. high volume + high taste bar.
– GTM and BD ops – pipeline, outreach, proposals, conference prep. end-to-end.
– the knowledge graph – the operational brain. positioning, ICP, customer intel, pipeline, content, hiring, investor comms. every agent we run reads from it and writes back to it. you keep it alive.
– agent ops – extending our system so fewer things need manual handling. you ship the automations that kill the next version of your own job
– taste – the aesthetic of every email, proposal, post, and video we ship. (we're entering the brand age)
